• Minimum Stay: A 2-night minimum stay applies to redeem the food credit.
• Exclusions: This offer is valid for direct bookings only (via our website or phone) and is not available for bookings made through third-party travel sites.
• Credit Usage: The $50 daily credit is per room, per night. Credits are non-accumulative (must be used on the days they are issued), non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to room rates.

The Cavatelli Craft: Masterclass & Lunch
$150 per person (Approximately 2.5 Hours) Max 6 People Per Class
Step into our 196-year-old heritage kitchen for an intimate, hand-rolled pasta workshop. Led by Head Chef James Paul Miller, this 2.5-hour masterclass teaches the rhythmic art of crafting cavatelli from scratch using premium semolina.
Following the hands-on session, enjoy a shared "paddock-to-plate" lunch featuring your creations paired with seasonal sauces. Strictly limited to 6 guests, it’s the ultimate Tasmanian culinary escape—perfect for gourmands or as a thoughtful gift. Enjoy the craft, the community, and the fine local wine.
