Step into our 196-year-old heritage kitchen for an intimate, hand-rolled pasta workshop. Led by Head Chef James Paul Miller, this 2.5-hour cooking class teaches the rhythmic art of crafting cavatelli from scratch using premium semolina.
Following the hands-on session, enjoy a shared "paddock-to-plate" lunch featuring your creations paired with seasonal sauces. Strictly limited to 6 guests, it’s the ultimate Tasmanian culinary escape—perfect for couple experiences, gourmet enthusiasts and as a gift for loved ones. Enjoy the craft, the community, and the fine local wine. We have select dates open and can also arrange this experience for your group booking.
